Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [DATE]

Important: This is a starting skeleton, not finished legal text. You told me you already have attorney-prepared booking terms and waivers — paste that language in here (or have your attorney adapt it for website use). The booking contract your travelers sign is what governs; this page should mirror it.

1. Who we are

Via Fidelis Tours ("we," "us") arranges faith-based pilgrimage travel. These terms govern use of this website and requests for trip information.

2. Our role as a travel coordinator

We act as an agent arranging services from independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground transportation, local guides, and ground operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these independent suppliers. [Confirm exact wording with your attorney — this clause is central to your liability protection.]

3. Bookings, deposits & payments

[Summarize your deposit amount, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods, matching your signed booking agreement.]

4. Cancellations & refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Travel insurance & health

Travel insurance with emergency medical and evacuation coverage is required. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. [Match your health-form terms.]

6. Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and any required authorizations (including ETIAS for Europe from late 2026).

7. Changes & force majeure

Itineraries may change. We are not liable for events beyond our control. [Insert your force-majeure clause.]

8. Limitation of liability & governing law

[Insert your limitation-of-liability clause, governing law/jurisdiction, and dispute resolution / arbitration clause as drafted by your attorney.]
